Civil drawing (site plan with details including driveway/ grading plan/ drainage plan and sections/ detention pond with sections and details/pump station/ roads and sections/ plan/ utility plan/ traffic control/ fire lane). using standard and specification for TXDOT, and COB. Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations like ADA, and ADS. Engineering Design Process:o Land Development, Site Grading, Stormwater, Erosion Control, Utilities Related Projects. Design Calculation for Hydraulics and Hydrology. based on COH, HCFCD. Operation of multi-faceted projects or research with many variables that require the ability to evaluate and resolve complex problems. Select appropriate construction methods based on the contract, cost, and time schedule. Planning to prevent problems before they occur, & problem-solving skills, general look for all the project activity, needs, and develop. Communicating, coordinating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, and engineers. Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company\'s Safety Policy Respond to work delays and other problems, supervise construction projects from development to completion.
