I am looking for a general surgical pathologist and hematopathology position. I am open to do additional molecular and cytogenetic service sign out as well, if needed, in Southern California.Right now, I am a solo pathologist covering general surgical pathology and Hematopathology services at a community hospital with average volume of cases per year.I am AP/CP and Hematopathology board certified (November 2020). I finished medical school in Cairo, Egypt. I did anatomic pathology residency in Egypt and worked with a private pathology group there as well. In addition, I worked as an Assistant Professor in anatomy, embryology and neuroscience for 7 years at Cairo University, Egypt where I was awarded my master’s degree in basic biomedical sciences. All these experiences prepared me for technical dexterity and ability to think out of the box to explore alternative solutions. I was honored to be accepted to 20••••20 Clinical and Anatomical Pathology Residency at University of Toledo, in Ohio and Harbor-UCLA. I am ready to prove that I will be an effective member of your team. I can easily adapt to new environments, keenly observe and patiently listen to colleagues and mentors. I am thorough, efficient and detail oriented. My pleasant and open-minded personality and my capability to relate to people with different ethnic and cultural backgrounds help me to communicate with my colleagues and supervisors more effectively. I am respectful, honest and trustworthy in life and work environments.
