My role involves ensuring the stability and performance of PHP-based websites developed in Drupal CMS, alongside maintaining a strong Gross Profit Margin (GPM) across all accounts. This builds upon my previous experience at Bank of America, where I honed my skills in automation and agile methodologies. There, I designed and released several automation tools that improved Identity and Access Management (IAM) and ETL processes for stakeholder reporting. My technical knowledge, combined with my commitment to operational excellence, has been instrumental in delivering projects that support our clients\' success. I am also passionate about human psychology and learn continuously earning credentials in that domain as well. I use that knowledge to learn, understand people at workplace and be able to connect with them in a way that enables me give my best shot in everything that I do at work and make sure it helps the growth of the organization I do not believe in a one stop solution in terms of leadership style and follows a unique approach based on the problem at hand depending on whether its a technology evangelism, handling a tough customer, dealing with a tough team member, handling a tough deadline, dealing with technology geeks or not so geeks so on and so forth.
