Elevate the online experience of patrons, staff, and stakeholders through ongoing, user-centred administration of the library’s website, digital resources, and digital literacy programming. Maintain and enhance the library’s website through optimization of its user experience (UX) and information architecture, leading to increased accessibility and discoverability of the site. Coordinate access to the library’s licensed digital resources, including initiatives related to evaluation, selection, implementation, troubleshooting, training, and promotion. Conceive and facilitate delivery of digital literacy programming, with special focus on participants achieving fluency with the library’s specific digital resources and lendable devices. Maintain timely and accurate statistics, reports, and evaluation of activities and projects to assess outcome and impact. Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to all areas of work and scope of practice. Represent the library on committees and/or working groups throughout the library, the City of New Westminster, and the professional library community as required.
