Bradley is a product minded software engineer who specializes in building scalable, user centered web applications at the intersection of modern front end engineering and intelligent systems. With nearly a decade of experience at Microsoft, he has contributed to platforms that support millions of users, consistently focusing on performance, usability, and real world impact.His career began in full stack development and quickly evolved into a deep specialization in front end architecture using React and TypeScript. Bradley spent several years on Azure Engineering Operations, previously known as Azure CXP, where he built internal tools that improved customer support workflows and strengthened business to customer feedback loops. He became known for turning complex operational needs into intuitive, high quality user experiences, while also mentoring teammates and helping raise front end standards across teams.Today, Bradley works on Dynamics 365 Contact Center as part of the Business and Industry Copilot team, where he helps shape AI powered experiences that enhance how agents and customers interact. He was invited to join based on his front end expertise and now operates closer to the cutting edge of AI assisted development. He actively incorporates AI into his engineering workflow to improve code quality, iteration speed, and overall development throughput. His work increasingly sits at the blend of product thinking, human centered design, and intelligent copilots.Outside of his core product work, Bradley contributes to open source projects and enjoys building side projects that explore new tools, frameworks, and emerging paradigms.
