A highly engaging and influential Learning and Development Professional.Extensive experience of developing strategy and leading on developmental and transformation projects which include contracting a new occupational health provider for a business of and implementing a learning partnership with Unite the Union across the UK. Experienced in managing the full training cycle from training needs analysis through to development, design, implementation, delivery and evaluation for a wide range of operational customer facing and non facing roles including leadership, management and operational teams.
