ABOUT HANS GWYNETH BALDIVAS

I have earned my degree in B.S. Accounting on May 2022 and M.S. Accounting on May 2023 from the University of Texas at Dallas. I am currently working to attain my Texas CPA license. I have had multiple job experiences ranging from being a tutor to being an Audit Intern at a public accounting firm, RSM US LLP. I was also an Accounting Co-op at Lennox International as well as being a Tax Accounting staff at a local tax preparatory business in which I have interned since I was a senior in high school. My multiple job experiences in an early age, had taught me a lot when it comes to being determined, finding my passion, and understanding the different experiences of others. I believe that there is big importance not only on technical skills but also attention to detail and communication skills to drive any projects forward. One of the biggest things I love to do is helping others may it be through school, work, and most especially, volunteering. Using my tax preparatory skills, I was able to become a Certified Volunteer Tax Preparer so that I can help low-income families do their taxes for free. I also help out my mom on her food blog by managing her social media and editing pictures. I also used to have my own business called Sweet Divas where I make homemade chocolate crinkle cookies that I do as a hobby. I believe that every learning experience starts with intuition and action. I am more than willing to learn and absorb any knowledge. I enjoy helping as much as I can, working with the people around me, and having an active working environment.
