Cycling has been a passion of mine for many years. Every Sunday morning I create a fun member experience by playing great current and classic music while integrating a challenging but varied workout. I never play the same playlist twice. I\'m very personable and interact with the members and create a very enjoyable experience. The result is a fun, festive classroom environment with a very high level of positive member feedback and loyalty. I make an hour of very challenging physical exercise fun!
