ABOUT HANS C. WAHL

I\'m a partner at Cobb & Gonzalez, P.A, where my practice areas include full-service community association legal representation (both as general counsel and litigation counsel), real estate law and business and commercial litigation matters. I am licensed to practice law in both Florida and Georgia. I\'m Florida Bar Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law. I represent condominium and homeowners\' associations throughout Florida. This involves everything from complex real estate issues to day-to-day legal needs. It includes assessment collection strategies, opinion letters, claims of lien, construction defect litigation, foreclosure actions, document drafting, fines and suspending use rights, and amending declarations and bylaws. I also serve my corporate clients in matters involving AR collections, business torts, franchising, corporate formation, bankruptcy issues, contract negotiations and various contractual disputes.I earned my Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and in the top three percent of my class. I was a Law Review Staff Editor and a member of both the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. I served as board member and treasurer for the Christian Legal Society at Florida Coastal School of Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, I was a business major graduating from the University of Florida, earning dual degrees in finance and business management. For nearly a decade I worked within the financial industry for two Fortune 500 companies and those experiences are invaluable to my legal career as a real estate, business and commercial litigator.
