Managed end-to-end SaaS implementations and provided multilingual technical support for a diverse portfolio of international clients- Together with a colleague led a 5-month, cross-border implementation of the CDRS rental management software for PON Equipment in the Netherlands and Norway. Managed all project phases, including needs analysis, system configuration, data migration, and multi-language user training to ensure a successful and timely go-live- Co-hosted a 8-month implementation project of the CDRS platform for Compactrent in the Netherlands. Was shared responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from initial stakeholder workshops and workflow analysis to final configuration and go-live support- Took the initiative to solve a recurring database issue by researching, testing, and implementing DBeaver. The new process and accompanying guide I created boosted team productivity by eliminating errors and streamlining setup, saving an estimated 228 work-hours annually- Proactively resolved a critical API testing bottleneck by implementing and documenting Apidog as the new standard, saving the Dev & QA teams 40+ hours in setup, streamlining the overall workflow and standardizing collaboration between Dev and QA teams.
