About Hans Strom
Hans Strom is the founder and President of Strom Commercial Real Estate. Since arriving in San Diego in 1996, he has become one of San Diego\'s preeminent landlord and tenant representatives, completing transactions to date in excess of 10 million square feet and valued at approximately 1 billion dollars. Hans\' focus is San Diego\'s urban core which spans downtown proper, the East Village to Little Italy, and Uptown/Hillcrest district; his tenant focus includes these areas along with the traditional downtown high-‐rise office market. Hans\' expertise is not limited to Downtown and he has represented clients with leasing and investment needs throughout the mid-‐cities suburban office and flex markets.Hans founded Strom Commercial Real Estate in 2001 and since that time has used his in-‐depth market knowledge of non-‐traditional urban core and Downtown creative space to meet the unique and challenging needs of his clients. Strom has represented landlords in sales and leasing assignments including: Morgan Stanley/Kearny Real Estate, Chinatrust, Interstate Holdings, Trilogy Real Estate, Seattle Funding Group and Oliver McMillan.
