Supervise the work of up to 12 employees, interns, and volunteers including bi-monthly supervisory meetings, annual performance reviews, interview and hiring responsibilities, monthly team coordination, and job training.Manage and oversee personal and employee fund-raised budgets totaling including calling prospective donors to motivate them to give charitably, communicating with 295 partners monthly or bi-monthly via email and mail, and coaching and training employees in fund-raising strategies and practices.Manage administrative logistics of event planning for up to 300 participants including contract signing, registration system (Active CCM & RegFox), event booking, event promotion (website and fliers), fee collection, and event directing.Oversee the development of new InterVarsity chapters in New Mexico and El Paso, Texas, including training and working with volunteers, advertising and promotion, recruiting and training student leaders, and working with universities to charter as student clubs.
