Use statistical monitoring and data science methods to observe and predict performance of Nikon lithography machines for customers around the world. Work on both immersion and dry lithography tools. Detect anomalous performance, diagnose necessary repairs, detect areas in need of improvement/optimization and devise appropriate countermeasures, and develop software tools to facilitate and streamline data analysis. Assist in the process of new machine installations, repairs, hardware modifications, and upgrades to the machines. Analyze data from verification tests to ensure all tools are performing as specified to the customer. Interact frequently with Nikon factory in Japan to discuss emerging issues and relay customer requests.
