Joined the events team at bigmoose coffee co, a non-profit coffee shop dedicated to making a positive impact, to stay connected with hospitality and support its mission. Played a key role in organising and delivering a wide range of events including award dinners, baby showers, and weddings whilst managing the bar during high-volume events. This role deepened my passion for customer service by allowing me to interact with diverse groups, ensuring exceptional experiences at every event. I also contributed to charity initiatives such as the Supertri and Cardiff Half Marathon, where high energy and strong organisational skills are essential for a smooth execution.
