Reporting directly to the CHRO, I am responsible for leading and governing key global HR processes across all regions. A major part of my role involves directing the interdisciplinary ramp-up of global company sites as central PMO. This requires close collaboration across Production, R&D, Finance, Legal, HR, and other functions to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.I lead global HR governance and organizational development initiatives, drive large-scale transformation projects and align business structures with strategic goals. This includes developing and implementing concepts for compensation and benefits, including pensions and payroll, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global standards.Overseeing the performance management system, workforce planning, and HR controlling are another core responsibilities. These efforts are aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and aligning the workforce with the company’s long-term business objectives. Additionally, I design and execute the company’s global people strategy, fostering a culture of efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.I lead HR systems (such as SuccessFactors), processes, and innovation department, introducing new technologies and optimizing existing tools to streamline operations and improve scalability. In addition, I manage executive board-level contracts and HR top-management initiatives, ensuring the alignment of leadership processes with organizational strategy.Finally, I am responsible for the global labour law function, labour relations, and HR compliance. This involves managing relationships with employee representation bodies (local and international works councils as wells as unions) and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
