On March 16th, 2018 the German AI association has been founded at the Handelsblatt AI conference in Munich. Ruhrbotics is one of the founding members of the German AI association and part of the work group on \"Cooperation with established industries\". The German AI association seeks to push AI in Germany according to metrics and measures of- ethics, focus on humany, societal change, civil law, regulation, data security- R&D, innovation, opportunites for startups and corporations- training, counseling, and education of the government, society, and industry.On June 9th twenty members of the German AI association met up in Berlin for a political hackathon.
