ABOUT HANNE HOBERG

I’ve always been passionate about the people side of business and about solving analytical challenges by uncovering new patterns and insights in data. That’s what brought me into the world of People Analytics. As People Analytics Manager I am now supporting business leaders to address the problems that keep them awake at night by informing their decisions with insights from advanced analytics projects or self-service storyboards for daily needs. In this role, my prior experience in HR Project Management helps me to successfully deal with the uncertainty that any analytics project/ challenge entails. And during my prior roles in HR Management Consulting and Sales Management I have gained the necessary business acumen that now enables me to understand the business and speak their language when turning data and insights into a compelling story that inspires leaders to take action.
