As part of the Resource Industries (RI) segment, I lead and execute strategic communications initiatives that support the priorities of the Integrated Components Division (ICD), drive strategic alignment, engage employees, and foster ICD’s culture.I lead department communications and serve as a strategic communications advisor to the Vice President of Operations for Advanced Components Manufacturing, the Vice President of Product Management for Global Hydraulics & Cabs, and the ICD Director of Supply Chain. Additionally, I lead change management initiatives and am responsible for developing and deploying the ICD Operations Communications Strategy. I collaborate closely with the broader ICD and RI communications teams to ensure consistency and impact across channels and audiences, and drive process excellence.
