Key Responsibilities- Leading financial services audit engagements for life insurance entities under international standards on auditing (ISA), as applicable in the UK- Managing complete audit lifecycle—from planning to completion—ensuring timely delivery and audit quality excellence- Supervising and coaching diverse teams of junior auditors—from UK and Cross-Border KPMG Global Services firms—providing mentoring, on-the-job training, and quality reviews- Reviewing and finalizing audit working papers, lead team briefings, and present findings to the senior team members on the engagements- Ensure the compliance with ISA (UK), IFRS 17, UK GAAP and audit methodology through effective use of KPMG Clara, UK Audit Reporting Tool (ART), Generative AI (GenAI) and other firm\'s approved tools- Applying data analytics and sampling tools for risk-based audit procedures and insights- Coordinating with the auditor\'s experts (specialists) to seek technical guidance on the matters pertaining to Tax, Actuarial and IT Audit and Clara Analytics- Collaborating with directors and partners to scope engagements, manage risks, and ensure audit quality and documentation readiness.
