Today, I’m a Product Manager at the City of Austin, working at the intersection of operations, technology, and public services—building systems that residents, businesses, and city teams rely on every day. Before this, I worked in startups across fintech and logistics, leading product and operations initiatives to improve delivery speed, align teams, and scale platforms. Working inside city systems has changed how I think about product. Many challenges aren’t purely technical—they sit across operations, policy, and coordination between teams. Service delivery, payments, reporting, and compliance are closely connected, and progress comes from iteration and working across stakeholders. In my current role, I focus on building capacity to innovate within city systems by helping teams clarify the problems worth solving, define potential impact, and collaborate across teams to develop and launch solutions. This includes designing user-centered systems that work end-to-end and hold up in practice.
