Currently, I work at BYU’s Marriott School of Business Career Center, where I am responsible for managing 16 career fairs each year, cultivating relationships with 120+ recruiters, and supporting students as they launch their professional journeys. Some of my current projects include planning and orchestrating all winter recruiting career fairs.Whether I’m orchestrating large-scale recruiting events, creating communication strategies, or designing processes to improve efficiency, I bring a human-centered approach rooted in relationship building—transforming gatherings into opportunities for connection and growth.
