With over 14 years of experience leading and supporting change and transformation initiatives across various industries and technologies, I am a passionate and skilled leader who helps organizations achieve their business objectives through effective adoption and utilization of new tools, processes, and behaviors. I am currently Senior Director, where I apply my expertise in digital workplace design, change ecosystem creation, IT operating models, organizational design, stakeholder analysis, communication and learning plans, and facilitation skills to enable sustainable change at scale.My mission is to create employee ecosystems that enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
