ABOUT HANNAH WATTS

I am passionate about the design and delivery of learning and development solutions, including project management, digital media production, digital capabilities, analysing learner data and evaluating results to maximise the effectiveness of learning solutions. I also enjoy working creatively to engineer and design various online digital products and experiences to engage a variety of audiences such as eLearning authoring, video production, website design and development and management of virtual learning environments. I am a confident user of tools such as Articulate 360, Adapt, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Office 365 as well as the administration and development of learning management systems including Moodle, Canvas, DevelopMe+(Allocate) and Totara.I lead teams with enthusiasm, and promote continuous development through knowledge sharing, researching and experimenting with new ways of working.**Education** With a background in media production and an eagerness to know and understand more about the ever-evolving marketing sphere, I decided to undertake a postgraduate taught course in MSc Digital Marketing at the University of Southampton. This postgraduate degree enabled me to study and work with people from diverse, international backgrounds to produce live marketing campaigns, reports and web applications. I was able to experiment with new and innovative ways to combine theory and technological advances in marketing and advertising. During this time, much of my attention was directed towards research into the digital capabilities of small-medium sized enterprises. Upon completion with distinction, I gained invaluable expertise and knowledge relevant for the digital landscape- Having achieved a First Class degree in BA (Hons) Media Culture and Production, I gained an in-depth knowledge and understanding of production tools and techniques suitable for the marketing and advertising industry – including: video and audio, interactive media, web design and development, social media and photography. I now utilise these skills by working in the education sector and with SMEs to achieve greater digital results in both, B2C and B2B environments. In addition to this my expertise span across the healthcare and higher education sector with specialists skills in technology enhanced learning.
