About Hannah Wright
As a DBT therapist at MindFit, I specialize in providing a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy for adolescents and young adults. Honoring the developmental stage of adolescence, our center respectfully work as a team with each client to achieve their personal goals through collaborative discussions, patience and skill development. Through the DBT model, we strive to create a patient, supportive and playful environment so teens can be honest with their challenges and take steps towards more effective behaviors. In addition, I work as a clinician at Greenlight Clinic in San Francisco that provides support for clients 16-24 yrs old. Supporting clients with emotional dysregulation and behavioral challenges seen with many other diagnoses in adolescents including: Anxiety, Depression, Self Harm, Suicidal thought and behavior, impulsive behavior, eating disorders, and substance abuse.
