ABOUT HANNAH SWARBRICK-DONE
I work with growing organisations to bring clarity to how their business runs, aligning workforce structure, operational workflows and leadership capability so teams can perform consistently as the business evolves. With a background in operations, I’ve led teams and worked closely with founders and leadership groups navigating growth and change. I understand the pace and complexity that comes with it, and where things typically begin to break. Through Yellow, I support organisations across organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability and people systems, strengthening the structure behind the people, not just the processes around them. CIPD qualified and Highly Commended in the HR in Hospitality Awards, I also contribute to industry conversations on leadership, organisational design and the future of work.
