Researched adopters and Subject Matter Experts all over the world to foster strategic alignment across internal and external stakeholders which drove adoption to scale our digital credential ecosystems. Researched, designed, tested, and launched the BC Wallet App, BC Wallet Showcase, and Digital Business Card, while also contributing as a UX/Service designer on the BCSC App, Lawyer Credential, Mobile Verifier, and Person Credential projects.Organize and co-host a design Community in which we do monthly workshops and bi-weekly crit groups. I also provide service design coaching to leadership and designers.
