ABOUT HANNAH RANFRANZ

I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Exercise & Health and a minor in Organizational Leadership & Supervision. I have my personal training and group exercise certification through The American Council on Exercise (ACE). I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine abroad in China. I am passionate about helping others live happier, healthier lives. I enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities. I like to push those who are already active and help them exceed their goals, as well as helping individuals who are just beginning their fitness journey. I enjoy small group training and one-on-one. I am an online coach and started my own team. I coach lifestyle clients & NPC bikini competition prep! I hope to create a community of strong, like-minded people who encourage and inspire each other to be the best they can be. As a coach, it is my goal to help others create the best version of themselves, inside & out, while finding balance & improving the quality of their daily lives, while having fun! I have named my team Team Infinity, because the journey of health & fitness is never ending. Online training includes weekly check-ins via e-mail, workout programming, structured meal or macro based plans, & unlimited support! I also train clients in person, out of my home or theirs. For those who do not need the weekly accountability and are confident in following a structured program on their own, I create 8 & 12 week workout programs (transformation/weight-loss & muscle building) tailored to you & your fitness goals! I am an IFBB Professional Bikini Competitor & 2020 Olympian. I am an athlete for Steelfit, Tuff Wraps, Angels Competition Bikinis, Glam Competition Jewelry, & Pro Tan! I enjoy sharing my journey, hoping to inspire others along the way! I aspire to inspire all of those around me! Motivating others is what keeps me motivated along my own journey. Check out my website
