About Hannah Cochrane

The learning experiences gained as a College Student at the University of Alabama and Professional Model (Muse NYC) have provided opportunities to further develop important personal qualities such as problem-solving, empathy, resilience, patience, time management, self-confidence and a proven ability to work well with others. I thrive in challenging environments that allow for contiunal growth! I’m majoring in Advertising with a minor in Communications at UA. My goal is to continue through and obtain a Master’s in Communications. Before spending additional time in NYC, I worked teaching dance classes to young children for Tippi Toes Inc. There I became adept at the main teaching role and was asked to further specialize and provide their “demo class” to get potential child clients excited about and interested in signing up for lessons. At the end of my senior year at Hoover High School, I had the honor to be the closing speaker for the Business and Entrepreneurship Academy Presentation made to upcoming freshman students. We had the largest amount of freshmen ever to sign up to attend the Academy the next year. During my fall semester as a junior at the Univeristy of Alabama I worked as the Advertising Intern for The Hancock Group of Keller Williams in Vestavia. In this this role I planned and constructed marketing posts for the company’s Instagram and developed branding strategies for realtors. I also Created personalized newsletters and mailouts using an excel database with client demographics and attributes. The biggest takeaway from these experiences is the value a confident and caring attitude can have in motivating others. I carry a positive mindset with me in everything I do and set out to accomplish! This summer I have the honor to be a Merchandising Intern at Macy\'s at their headquarters in New York City.
