I lead business analysis efforts for mid-to-large scale Finance projects, helping teams turn complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions. I work closely with stakeholders and agile teams to understand current processes, identify gaps, and support the delivery of improvements that align with broader business goals.Additionally, I am building out the process and structure of the innovation capabilities for the finance organization. This work is currently evolving and in a test and learn phase with a launch in 2026- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear documentation and user stories- Create process flows, prototypes, and readiness plans to support implementation and adoption- Collaborate with agile teams to manage backlogs, run ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables- Help bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating requirements into solutions that work for both- Develop innovation process to test and learn Horizon 2-3 change work. Design a backlog process for business challenges, facilitate Idea Jams and Hackathons, design and support the self-serve innovation toolkit, and align solutions with strategic initiatives.
