AmplifyChange registered as an independent not-for-profit organisation in early 2020.• Maintain technical oversight of the grants portfolio, particularly the youth, comprehensive sexuality education and menstrual health portfolio, coordinating inputs from Strategic Advisors and other consultants who may provide technical assistance to ensure that grants are being managed with adequate technical to enable successful implementation and capacity building• Manage a portfolio of grants from grant set-up through to grant closure, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, including working closely to monitor and evaluate financial performance, compliance and risk, and carrying out regular performance reviews• Provide technical assistance and capacity building to grantees in the development of their projects, including monitoring framework, work plan and budget; provide support for managing new grant calls, and screen grant applications and concept notes• Identify and contribute to lessons learning and knowledge sharing among grantees and support external communications of AmplifyChange supported grants; contribute to development of tools and resources for organisational support• Provide ongoing technical expertise to political and situational analysis of SRHR in AmplifyChange target countries based on knowledge, learning and analysis of portfolio of grants; represent AmplifyChange as necessary to support outreach and learning with civil society and fund-raising
