I am an experienced Marketing & Communications professional, with a background in the Hospitality and Non-profit industries. I hold the role of Communications Director at Bayside Community Church, one of the fastest-growing churches in the United States. I am responsible for leading the Communications Team, who works together to develop and implement the strategy for all communication and marketing efforts for the multisite church.My passion for what I do fuels my drive to develop impactful campaigns and strategies that deliver meaningful results. My breadth of knowledge across industries has allowed me to broaden my perspective and apply unique approaches to organizational initiatives and problems. I am accomplished in servant leadership and mentoring, marketing strategy, maintaining brand cohesiveness, media relations, and project management. When I’m not working, I love decorating my home and experiencing new places!
