Hello! I\'m a Product Design leader with a passion for system thinking, facilitating collaboration, and promoting empathy. I strive to nurture growth by sharing what I’ve learned, giving feedback and looking for ways to actively support my team- Collaboration: Include stakeholders in the design process & vision early and often to build consensus and alignment- Empathy: Use scenarios, user journeys and user centered language to cultivate empathy for our users- Vision: Create measurable design objectives that support our customers and will drive the business forward- Tangible: Initiate early collaborative relationships enables me to propose creative solutions within the constraints of our engineering environment while still elevating the user experience- Efficient. I look for opportunities to streamline processes, templatize, and reduce redundancies- Nurturing Growth: I share what I’ve learned, give feedback, and look for ways to actively support my team When I’m not pursuing design you can find me soaking up the joy of watching my kids play with their “wheels”, reading with them or sneaking in some girl time with my closest friends. In my solitary time I enjoy reading, writing in my journal and walking in nature. My favorite place to walk is in the forest of Nisene Marks, in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
