ABOUT HANNAH HAKEN

After over a decade in QA and engineering leadership, I made the move into software development - driven by curiosity, a love of problem-solving, and a genuine interest in how things are built and work under the hood.I’m now working as a software developer, building APIs and backend services in Python, and learning more every day. I bring with me a deep understanding of the full software lifecycle, user experience, and the importance of working closely with others to ship thoughtful, reliable features.I’ve previously worked with C#, Java and TypeScript, and I still draw on my background in automated testing, continuous deployment, and monitoring - especially when thinking about performance, resilience, and maintainability.Above all, I care about building things that are useful, working with enthusiastic people, staying curious, and having some fun along the way.
