I am a senior risk and resilience leader with 16+ years’ experience strengthening governance, regulatory engagement and non‑financial risk capabilities across complex, highly regulated environments. My career has centred on shaping and embedding enterprise‑wide risk management and operational resilience frameworks, partnering with C‑suite and Board‑level stakeholders, and improving organisational readiness for evolving FCA expectations.In my current role as Head of Risk & Resilience, I lead the second line risk function across the UK and Europe: driving risk maturity, delivering high‑quality insights and reporting, and ensuring transparent, effective management of regulatory obligations. I have a strong track record of building robust control assurance models, improving issue management, enhancing governance structures and delivering programmes that materially improve regulatory standing.My approach is defined by strategic foresight, clarity of communication and an ability to influence confidently at all levels. I thrive in roles where regulatory complexity meets organisational change, and where strong challenge, meaningful insight and confident leadership can materially reduce risk and improve outcomes.I’m passionate about building high‑performing teams, enabling a positive risk culture and working collaboratively across businesses to ensure risks are well understood, well managed and well communicated.
