I am currently leading talent acquisition, assessment and advisory efforts within a global investment firm, working alongside management teams to define their talent strategy and processes, and working within a portfolio operations team to help drive value creation through human capital. I also work closely with our HR function to advise on talent strategy within our corporate functions, working with hiring managers globally to strengthen teams and capabilities.I previously spent several years in executive search boutiques, providing talent advisory and search capabilities to private equity clients across Europe and the US.
