Client groups: Computational Biology, Software Engineering, Research- Work with client areas to complete strategic talent acquisition for key roles in highly competitive markets to ensure 90-day time to fill metric- Lead organizational development initiatives to help client groups achieve their goals, such as team effectiveness interventions, RACI responsibility clarification, reorganizations, promotions and succession planning- Led implementation of performance management system, ensuring alignment with competency model, line of sight, and 100% employee participation in goal setting, feedback and performance evaluation- In partnership with external subject matter experts, successfully led development & implementation of supplemental executive retirement plan- Drive the implementation of career development tools, such as organization competencies, career ladders and development workshops- Lead and communicate HR processes and initiatives, such as performance reviews and merit increases, as well as HR and business projects- Provide HR analytics, reports and analysis to drive data-driven decisions- Develop competitive and reasonable compensation & benefit offerings- Provide 4 person HR team with management, direction and mentorship.
