   My role has evolved to span creative direction, executive producing, and story strategy—bringing campaigns to life through thoughtful storytelling and collaborative leadership across nonprofit, political, and private sector communications.Lead creative development for video projects and campaign storytelling across a range of internal and external clients—spanning advocacy, nonprofit, and brand-driven initiatives, helping translate complex messaging into high-quality, bespoke creative aligned with brand identity and campaign strategy from concept to execution.Functioning as executive producer and/or creative director, I collaborating with brand managers, marketing leads and their teams to shape and articulate nuanced messaging, elevating brand voice through media and consultation.Develop original concepts and creative frameworks that support strategic goals, shape or inform budgets, and guide decision-making frameworks for campaigns and content.Regularly pitch and produce net-new creative and approaches, drawing on a diverse network of artists, changemakers, athletes, and partners to create meaningful, resonant storytelling.Create and provide consult for a range of uses—live events, presentation coaching, interview scripting, series development and video storytelling.Interface with donor partners and relationship managers to understand goals and recommend creative solutions or collaboration.Direct short-form, documentary-style video projects, from initial concept to post-production—building creative briefs, guiding scripting, pre-interviews, storyboards, client-facing materials and review processes.Throughout, I offer creative leadership and feedback to teams and vendors to ensure every piece is on-message, audience-ready, and of the highest quality.And above all, I connect with people—and help connect them to each other. Video is one way I do that well, but the heart of it is this: humans are my jam.
