About Hannah Finrow
At 27, I earned my Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. I was one of the youngest in the world to do so. That same year, my oldest son was one. I moved across the country from Seattle to Nashville. People often ask me how I did it without burning out.The truth? It wasn\'t magic. I did it by focusing on three things: Connection, Competence, and Choice. Not just an alliteration, but a framework for mastery.I\'m Hannah Finrow.Over 13 years of coaching and a decade dedicated to training and mentoring coaches, I\'ve worked as an ICF Mentor Coach and Coach Trainer, helping coaches bridge the gap between good and masterful, and developing the next generation of coaches.I believe, deeply, in what becomes possible when a person finally trusts themselves. I work with coaches who are ready to stop fitting into someone else\'s mold and start growing into the most confident, grounded version of the coach they already are.The 3Cs of MasteryThe 3Cs shape everything I do, and everything I teach:Connection — Before someone becomes a client, they deserve to be seen as a human being. Real connection comes first because coaching isn\'t something you do to someone; it\'s something you do with them.Competence — A true partnership is an equal partnership. Coaches invest hundreds of hours learning this process; clients deserve more than a few minutes of explanation before diving in. I educate my clients on the coaching process from the start, because clarity about the process creates confidence in the work.Choice — Every meaningful decision in the process belongs to the client. Their direction. Their pace. Their path. The more choices the client makes, the more mastery the coach demonstrates because the client is ready to experience it.The Shift to MasteryA lot of people get into this work because they give great advice. I get it. I\'ve heard it too.But coaching isn\'t about giving advice. It\'s about helping your client give themselves their own advice. That shift from expert to partner, from advice-giver to space-holder, is where real mastery begins. My philosophy: Be Yourself & Serve Others. You don\'t have to choose between coaching mastery and human authenticity. They belong in the same room. My clients tell me our work together helps them reach clarity faster than they expected, and they leave feeling more like themselves, not less.If you\'re ready to grow with mastery and build a practice that actually feels like you, let\'s c••••••••@hannahfinrow.com
