I have over six years of experience in managing business operations, financial control, and service delivery across different industries and sectors. I have worked with YAT - Your Advanced Technology, a leading provider of innovative solutions for lawn equipment and power tools, as a Financial Controller, originally joining their team as a Business Operations Manager. In these roles, I have contributed to the growth and profitability of the companies by optimizing processes, managing budgets, overseeing projects, and ensuring compliance. I have also developed and honed my skills in goal setting, timeline management, process mapping, and communication. I am passionate about delivering services that meet and exceed the expectations of our clients, and that align with our mission, vision, and values.
