Aggregate what our members are saying and share this back with the internal team and developed plans for retention, growth, and recruitment - Work with the broader project teams (including Research, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Product) to evolve the member experience and patient flow - Work with outside vendors for daily operations. Identified key information to be included in Salesforce implementation - Troubleshoot! Our projects are often pilots, and thus take a lot of teamwork and trial/error - Provide weekly updates and sometimes training to our clinical operations partners
