   Externally-facing events: theme, venue, invitations, speakers, and swag coordination for events during conferences as well as Tides-hosted events- Sponsorships processing, contract drafting, and documentation/tracking/processing of virtually every aspect of the marketing team\'s operations (incoming work requests, invoices, contract approvals, etc.)- Project management of various initiatives, including Tides\' 2024 rebrand (2 year project)- Collaborated to design, implement, and troubleshoot a new Marketing & Communications (MarComms) agency operating model for my team, from traffic control to project management best practices/templates to interdepartmental information storage/access management - Helped design a Salesforce form and intake system to organize and streamline all incoming MarComms requests- Organize and maintain team files and facilitate information sharing between MarComms and the rest of Tides using Slack, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Box- Coordinated and led many internally-facing staff engagement events, including virtual Día de los Muertos celebrations, in-person team building activities, ideating and hosting virtual Meet-a-Tidester events, raffle coordination + emceeing our holiday party, etc.
