About Hannah Cann Jones
It is my mission to advocate for the safety and success of migrants and refugees. I seek to empower individuals via community engagement and increased access to resources. I value acculturation over assimilation; I believe that maintaining strong roots to one\'s home culture and heritage enhances our community through diversity and promotes intercultural understanding. After years of program management I have recently transitioned my role to focus on data management. This shift has allowed me to act as a bridge between the programmatic and technical requirements and build solutions that meet client, compliance, and operational needs.
