About Hannah Ayers
I’m a senior at Washington State University’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. My goal is to continue my education by earning a Master’s in Dietetics and becoming a registered dietitian.I’m passionate about empowering individuals to build healthy, sustainable relationships with food and helping them see nutrition as a tool for healing and longevity. I believe that food is medicine, and that positive lifestyle changes can create a ripple effect, improving not only one person’s well-being, but also the health of their families and communities.Beyond clinical nutrition, I care deeply about raising awareness within the healthcare field and helping future providers understand the vital role nutrition plays in overall health. I’ve volunteered with middle school students through the Medical Mystery Club and presented at Business After School events, introducing high schoolers to opportunities in healthcare and inspiring the next generation of professionals.I’m motivated by curiosity, compassion, and the drive to make evidence-based nutrition approachable and impactful for everyone.
