Enterprise Communications MarTech Experience is American Express’ marketing services center of excellence with the charter of driving agile marketing solutions and enabling innovative, high-quality marketing for the enterprise, while also transforming our end-to-end marketing processes and platforms. The Merchant Communications Solutions team (MCS) is focused on enabling Merchant lifecycle experiences for our Global Merchant Network Services (GMNS) customers in the United States. In this role, I have oversight of the Canada portfolio and previously the EMEA portfolio. I am the primary point of contact for this team, leading all aspects of program consultation, solution design and program build. I am also responsible for overseeing additional process improvement projects to streamline and processes across the team.Additional Responsibilities Include- Provide strategic consultation to enable marketing campaigns to support the needs of our marketing partners- Lead the program build efforts. Translating a marketer’s mail plan into an overarching experience design, aligning requirements with the marketer and completing the build within the platform.
