Evaluate and treat children ages 0-21 who hold diagnosis for Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Epilepsy, brain injury, and trigger finger. • Complete individualized evaluations and treatment plans, with ample experience administrating and interpreting standardized assessment tools such as the Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency Second Edition (BOT-2), the Beery-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration (Beery-VMI), the Developmental Assessment of Young Children, Second Edition (DAYC-2), Motor-Free Visual Perception Test (MVPT), and the Sensory Profile Caregiver Questionnaire. • Perform objective measures such as range of motion (ROM) and manual muscle testing (MMT).• Provide treatment to promote sensory modulation, self-regulation, fine motor skills, motor learning, and increased strength and range of motion to facilitate independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).• Collaborate with orthotists/doctors to fabricate and order custom splints for the upper extremity to improve functional use, range of motion, as well as prevent soft tissue shortening and contractures of the upper extremity.
