ABOUT HANNAH WOLFENDEN

As a Commercial Director, I specialise in driving growth and success for Ripple: the end-to-end retail design, offering a comprehensive range of services including design, manufacturing and installation for diverse commercial properties. Passionate about customer service, I believe that client experiences are the cornerstone of long-lasting relationships. I strive to go beyond expectations and create an environment where clients feel heard, valued and supported throughout the entire customer journey with us. A united vision is essential in propelling any organisation toward growth and success. As CD, I actively foster a collaborative and cohesive work culture, ensuring that every team member has the same vision for our goals and that they’re empowered to contribute their best. As part of this, I championed the initiative for gaining our Investors In People Accreditation, journeying us through from Gold to Platinum. This accreditation was facilitated by a holistic set of objectives that accelerated our growth at a sustainable pace.
