About MeStarting in the telecom industry back in 2015, I worked as a business partner for Comcast. In the past 5 years I have worked in all aspects of the field from Installs to Business Services. I am currently in network maintenance.My ERG journey started in 2021 with joining the Women\'s Network Board, actively leading conversations on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. I was also hosting virtual events and growing myself on being comfortable with being uncomfortable.I actively encouraging everyone to bring their most authentic self to the workplace, with a focus on keeping an open mind, while lifting others to reach their full potential is always at the forefront.
