I’m responsible for the product strategy and delivery of a number of enterprise platforms across Platform Operations. My role focuses on ensuring our core systems are secure, reliable and able to scale as the business grows.I own the roadmap and backlog for several key enterprise applications including Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Zoom, multiple CRM platforms and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. I work closely with engineering, security and business teams to improve how these platforms integrate, reduce operational risk and streamline internal processes.A big part of my role is helping shape a more mature platform approach, bringing clearer ownership, better governance and a stronger focus on automation, reliability and efficiency across our enterprise technology estate.
