I am in my first year of being on the board. My main task this year was helping to develop and prepare for the WISE YPB\'s workshop at the WISE Conference (Sept 2025). I presented the workshop on \'Closing The Confidence Gap: How to build an inclusive workforce\' which was met with positive feedback form attendees who found the activity we ran a thoughtful and helpful exercise in how to tackle their own unconscious biases.I am in the engage stream, where I help plan, record and publish episodes of the Unfiltered STEM podcast.
