My professional experience is in Recruiting, HR, and Project Management. I began my professional career with a staffing agency where I had the opportunity to hire for 500+ companies throughout the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and gain insight into a wide variety of industries. I went on to work as a Recruiting Manager for a company in Dallas that required high-volume recruiting for globally renowned luxury retail brands within the e-commerce industry. There, I managed recruiting strategies and the recruiting teams for all departments while working closely with our clients and our executives. Over the years, I have developed robust experience in hiring, managing, and training staff. My current role is with Connor Group, a specialized professional services firm, and I am recruiting the world\'s top finance and accounting professionals, bringing them together to work with the most exciting high-growth companies in the world.
